Sam Levine
Founder, Wireline Solutions

Sam Levine founded National Communications Group (NCG) in 2005 and has served as an AT&T Solution Provider since 2005. He leads NCG’s wireline practice with deep expertise across fiber and dedicated internet, and stays current on modern network architectures, including SD-WAN. Sam is known for simplifying complex multi-location deployments and driving clean execution from quote through install.

Emilio Mayor
Head of Mobility

Emilio Mayor leads NCG’s mobility practice and brings 25+ years of AT&T experience. He is a wireless subject matter expert across business mobility programs, device strategy, and lifecycle management. Emilio helps organizations standardize and scale mobility across locations with a focus on cost control, support, and operational consistency.

Mikey Levine
Sales and Growth

Mikey Levine leads sales and growth at NCG, where he focuses on helping IT leaders cut through the complexity of evaluating and switching telecom providers. He brings a background in scaling technology sales teams and applies that experience to building long-term client relationships, running efficient deal cycles, and making sure new clients get off to a strong start. Mikey works closely with prospects from first conversation through signed contract, and stays involved to make sure the transition is smooth.
